Thank you Karen.
Your initial coaching session really helped and I now found my dream job as you connected me more with my true skills and desires.
Thank you again
Ryan, Iver
I contacted Karen as I was struggling to find work after leaving my last role and wasn’t really sure why as I believed I had a relatively strong CV.
I approached Karen for advice who helped me amend my CV and gave me some really constructive career advice, needless to say Karen’s advice worked wonders and I’ve been a bit overwhelmed by the difference in feedback I am receiving from potential employers just from Karen’s advice!
Anyone looking for career advice, look no further, I cannot recommend Karen enough.
Karl, Gerrards Cross
Karen supported me following my redundancy from a company I had worked with for 25 years, hence I had little need of a marketable CV during that time.
Karen helped me to focus on the things in my career I enjoyed and excelled at, with the aim of finding a next move which is fulfilling and in line with my personal values.
Karen also assisted me in the preparation of a new CV and Linked In profile which is tailored to those values.
I have probably, like many others, been doing a job I was ill suited to for many years!
All in all a great experience and I would recommend Karen to any person looking for a new career, in either the same line of work or something different.

Karen is a focused and tenacious coach. She was hugely supportive as I navigated returning to full time work following a career break, offering tailored advice and guidance throughout the process, and with excellent results.
I have no hesitation in recommending Karen’s coaching services to anyone who is interested in cogitating a career boost or job review.

I approached Karen for advice on suitable careers as I was overwhelmed by options, with no clear idea of what to do.
I had just turned 40, and in spite of having good qualifications I had worked in a series of minimum wage jobs which I mostly disliked. My children were growing and so I wanted, and needed, a better paid career which I also found rewarding. Friends and family suggested lengthy retraining programs for careers which sounded dull to me, but I was considering them as I had no idea what else to do.
Karen helped me to slow down, step back and think hard about many different things that were important to me about my work. She encouraged me to research a number of options and prompted me with techniques for this research, including great questions to ask. Karen listened empathically and kindly but also challenged me to test out my assumptions rather than instantly dismissing anything that felt daunting.
Unexpectedly I discovered that the job I now love was in a field in which I had previously worked, but in a different role. After a small number of sessions I have a job which I really enjoy. It fits with my interests and goals and pays well too.
Thank you Karen for your expertise, support and your kindness. You are so approachable and easy to talk to, and I trusted you throughout to guide me through the daunting process of choosing a new career.

I decided to search for a Careers Coach as I found myself failing to secure a job; my nerves used to get the better of me at interview stage.
With Karen’s support and expertise I managed to successfully find a job! She trained me to think positively about myself through the application/interview stage, offering solutions and guidance – her coaching sessions have been invaluable. Karen also provided me with guides on how to write a CV, cover letter and a personal statement all of which are essential for today’s applications. I highly recommend Karen and will definitely use her services again in the near future.

Somewhat unusually I expect, rather than wanting to get away from the rat race, I wanted to jump head first into it. Having spent over 25 years in the healthcare profession, I wanted to move into a more strategic role.
I started applying for jobs I knew I could do – I met the criteria and had the relevant experience – but I wasn’t even getting through to the first stage. I was either not considered for interview or worst of all, didn’t hear back at all.
I searched for a Career Coach and chose Karen out of pure instinct after having read her webpage and LinkedIn profiles, and from the way she responded after my initial request for information. And I’m so glad I did!
Karen helped me with my CV, my LinkedIn profile and my methods of job searching. After just the first session, things changed quickly and I got an interview for the very next job I applied for.
Unfortunately, I was then failing to get through to the next stage. Karen helped me focus on interview technique and boosting my self-confidence.
As a direct result of Karen’s input, support and coaching, I am now in the job I wanted and loving every minute of it.
Karen is a wonderful coach. She has great skill in listening and pinpointing the salient issues to address. During the flow of conversation she is gently guiding you, asking pertinent questions, so that you come to the answers for yourself.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Karen and frequently do!

For a long while I’ve been very unhappy at work and I was looking for a Career Coach to help me . I found Karen’s details online. She has clearly been an exceptional Career Coach for a number of years. I had a free telephone consultation with her which was brilliant.
