When you sign up to my email marketing lists or complete online forms
The world of marketing is always changing so should I change my website to include this, this is how I would handle your data:
I will use Mailchimp to manage and send out any email newsletters or marketing messages. These may contain tracking beacons/tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data. Both adhere to GDPR rules.
I would use this to send you information about my services and any products or offers you may be interested in or have requested.
How Long I Will Keep Your Personal Information
I will retain your personal data throughout our ongoing working relationship. Once our work together has concluded all personal data will be deleted in agreement with you.
If you have concerns
If I have been unable to address any concerns or you are unhappy with the way in which I have handled your personal information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office where my business is registered.
