The advice you receive from me will be independent, accurate (at the point of giving) and relevant to your needs.  You should expect my advice to be professional, honest and up to date and as comprehensive as possible based on the information received from you.

I will provide you with free resources, useful links, handouts, guides and exercises to support you as required during our Coaching Sessions.

 

Security Clearance

I hold an Enhanced DBS and Military Security Clearance (due to my contract supporting Military Service Leavers transitioning out of the UKs Armed Forces).

 

Professional Memberships & Insurance

I am fully qualified Careers Advice and Guidance Practitioner. As a full member of the Association for Coaching and the Careers Development Institute I am included on the CDI’s Professional Register and adhere to strict and professional codes of practice and conduct.

I hold both Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

 

Confidentiality

Everything we discuss will be in the strictest of confidence and all notes and correspondence will be kept securely and encrypted.

I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is all about ensuring the information I retain about my clients is kept securely, is fully protected and never shared with anyone else.

 

Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice is required for any cancellations.  Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the half the full rate. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged at the full rate
