I have been working in the Professional Services sector for well over 25 years now and have specialised in all aspects of Career Development, Advice and Guidance and Recruitment for over 18 years.

I am absolutely passionate about helping people realise their full career potential.

Having started my professional career at the BBC, where I gained a wealth of experience in H.R and as a Senior Recruiter and Career Coach, I worked closely with clients and candidates from a wide range of levels and backgrounds. In my determination to help others and continue to expand on my Career Coaching success, I created ‘MunroCareers’  – a private Career Coaching Consultancy in 2010.

Since then I have become an established and renowned Careers Practitioner/ Career Coach and Facilitator/Trainer.  I provide a specialised portfolio of Career related services to individual clients and organisations across the UK and internationally either face to face of via Skype.

I am absolutely passionate about all things career related whether it is working with individual clients or with organisations requiring Outplacement support or help to manage Transformational Change in their business.

Along with my individual private Career Coaching client, I also work as an Associate for some of the most highly respected and recognised Career Outplacement Companies in the UK , facilitating Career Transition workshops and offering individual Career Coaching.

I also work as an Associate Career Consultant and Facilitator for the Career Transition Partnership  who provide Resettlement services for Service Leavers transitioning out of the UK’s Armed Forces in to civilian careers.

Every client I meet is different and I really enjoy getting to find out what motivates and inspires them. I work with the individual, for the individual and put them at the very heart of everything I do.

My natural, friendly and personable approach along with my intuitive manner, means I can quickly build a good rapport with clients, forge strong working relationships with them and gain their trust to empower them through difficult career transitions.

I appreciate taking that initial step to engage with a Career Coach is a challenging one – it’s about being brave and being able to recognise you need to ask for some professional help or support.

It also requires real commitment to make the changes necessary to improve on the job you have or get that job or career you’ve always dreamed of!

I want to ensure all my clients feel confident and inspired and look at the time they spent working with me as the best decision they ever made.

SUCCESS for me is watching my clients become more confident and transform their careers choices in to something they really love!
